Stackkaroo follows a structured and transparent payment approach to ensure smooth project execution and mutual trust. An advance payment of 30% is required before the initiation of any project, which helps in allocating resources, setting up the project environment, and beginning the development process without delays. The remaining 70% of the total project cost is distributed across mutually agreed milestones, ensuring that payments are directly aligned with project progress and deliverables. This milestone-based payment structure allows clients to have clear visibility into the work being completed at each stage while maintaining financial flexibility. Each milestone is defined during the project planning phase, covering key deliverables such as design completion, development phases, testing, and deployment. Payments for each milestone are expected to be cleared upon successful completion and approval of the corresponding deliverables. This approach not only ensures accountability and transparency from both sides but also helps in maintaining a consistent workflow, minimizing risks, and delivering high-quality outcomes within the agreed timelines.
