Work Terms
Collaboration & Project Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth and successful creative process, I follow a structured workflow built on trust and professional standards:
1. Project Definition:
Before the commencement of any design task, we will establish a clear project scope. For complex UI/UX or Branding projects, the work is divided into specific milestones (e.g., Discovery, Concept Design, and Final Assets).
2. Milestone Funding:
I work through the SafePay system provided by this platform. For fixed-price contracts, a milestone should be funded before the creative process begins. This ensures security and commitment for both parties.
3. Iterations & Feedback:
Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer a flexible revision process to ensure the final result aligns with your vision. However, any significant changes to the original brief after the work has started may require a separate estimate.
4. Clear Communication:
All project-related discussions and updates will take place exclusively through the Message Center. I provide regular progress updates to keep you informed at every stage.
5. Delivery & Ownership:
Upon the successful completion of the project and release of the final milestone, I will provide all industry-standard source files (Vector, High-Res, and Print-ready). Full ownership and copyrights of the final chosen design will be transferred to you at that stage.
6. Availability:
I am committed to meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional turnaround time for all deliverables.
