In my role as a Business Analyst, I was responsible for writing software requirements specifications, use cases and user stories for projects in numerous domains including banking, learning management, logistics, and manufacturing.
I am experienced in preparing wireframes and screen mockups and presenting them to the client and the technical team involved in a project.
I have prepared UML models such as class diagrams, sequence diagrams and state diagrams. In addition, I am skilled at drawing up conceptual, logical and physical data models.
I have prepared test plans and test cases for numerous projects. I have participated in defect tracking to ensure that defects were assigned to appropriate developers and tracked to closure.
I have experience in oral and written communication with people in various roles, including CXOs, Vice Presidents, Program Managers, Team Leads, engineers and interns.
