Work Terms

Work Terms
I work Monday through Saturday and am available between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST).

Turnaround times depend on the project scope but are always communicated clearly before starting.

I maintain a structured workflow that includes initial discovery, design planning, progress updates, client approvals, and final delivery.

Revisions are included based on the selected package. Additional revisions or scope changes may require a custom offer.

I follow a milestone-based approach for larger projects to ensure smooth collaboration and clarity.

Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Fiverr (no outside payment platforms).

For custom offers or larger projects, milestones can be created based on specific deliverables.

Work begins once the order is placed or a milestone is funded.

Final deliverables will be submitted upon completion and full payment release.

Refunds are available only in cases where the work has not begun or by mutual agreement.

Preferred Communication Method
All communication should take place within prferred platform to ensure transparency and platform protection for both parties.

I provide regular updates during the project and respond to messages within 12–24 hours (often sooner).

Video calls or screen shares can be arranged for larger or ongoing projects via Fiverr’s built-in tools.

Clear, timely communication is a top priority, and I encourage open dialogue for the best results
