Work Terms
1️⃣ Work Term - I am available for long-term full-time remote property management support (40 hours per week). I can work as an independent contractor and sign a service agreement. I am open to fixed monthly contracts or hourly projects. I am committed to delivering reliable and consistent support.
2️⃣ Hours of Operation - Available 40 hours per week. Flexible to overlap with US, UK, or Australian business hours. Open to working in client time zone when required.
3️⃣ Payment Terms
Option A – Hourly - Payment via Guru SafePay or Wise Pay etc., Hourly rate billed weekly. Open to milestone-based payments for long-term projects.
Option B – Monthly Contract:
Fixed monthly retainer for full-time support (40 hours/week). Payment released monthly via Guru SafePay or Wise Pay or etc.,
