Hi, I’m the designer behind Swan Design — a creative studio focused on building modern, minimal, and impactful visuals. I work with creators, startups, and businesses to elevate their digital presence through high-quality Instagram content, YouTube branding, marketing creatives, and website UI/UX design.

3. Payments
50% advance for custom projects
Remaining 50% before final files delivery
Accepted: UPI / Bank Transfer (India) or Platform Payment (Fiverr/Upwork)
4. Revisions
Each project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions
Extra revisions will be charged depending on complexity
Revisions apply to the existing design only, not full redesigns
5. Delivery Timelines
Standard projects: 1–3 days
Branding/Website Designs: 5–14 days
Urgent delivery available (extra charges)
6. File Formats
Final files will be delivered in (as needed):
PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4, SVG, EPS, AI, PSD, Figma
7. Communication
All project discussions should happen on the platform or agreed communication channel
Regular updates will be provided
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds available before final delivery (depends on work completed)
No refund after project files are delivered
If the project is inactive for 7 days, it may be closed
9. Ownership & Copyright
Final designs are entirely yours after full payment
I may use designs in my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise
10. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear instructions, samples, text & materials
