To become a Guru at utilizing my verbal and written skills to satisfy the professional expectations of all my clients.
As a native English speaker, with over six (6) years of experience in Customer Service, two (2) years in Basic Writing, Proofreading and Video Reviewing, it is my intention to use the skills gained, to serve and exceed the expectations of my clients, remotely.
I consider myself slow but thorough, detailed and professional. I have been described as "very analytical" "confidential" and "a perfectionist," by past/current employers/clients.
Needing little to no supervision, I am comfortable working within a group or by myself. It is my strong belief that every problem has a solution, it's just a matter of finding it and being astute enough to apply it and confidently move forward.
My hobbies lay heavily in matters of natural health, writing, reading, nature/animals and my strongest is speaking.
I am currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Health Science and at its completion would like to continue towards the Bachelors. My long-term aim is to enter the Health industry and help to make a difference in the lives of others.
