Project process:

1. Requirement and scope discussion
2. Deliverables, timeline and quotation approval
3. Milestone creation and SafePay funding
4. Design and development
5. Progress demonstrations and feedback
6. Testing and final approval
7. Deployment and project handover

Payment terms:

• Work begins after the agreed milestone is funded through Guru SafePay
• Larger projects will be divided into clearly defined milestones
• Additional requirements outside the approved scope will be estimated separately
• Final source files and credentials are transferred after completion of the corresponding payment milestone

Communication:

• Guru messages are preferred for project records and approvals
• Video meetings can be arranged when required
• Regular progress updates will be provided based on the project duration

Revisions and support:

• Revisions included in the quotation will be clearly defined before work begins
• Bug fixes relating to the approved scope will be handled during the agreed support period
• New functionality, third-party charges, hosting, domains and paid licences are quoted separately unless specifically included

All project requirements, deliverables, dependencies and acceptance conditions will be documented before development begins.
