Build Smarter. Work Simpler. Run Better.
I combine approximately seven years of business-operations and purchasing experience with hands-on software development, automation, data analysis, and software testing.
My strongest technical areas are Python automation, business-data workflows, internal tools, API integrations, Git/GitHub, software QA, regression testing, technical documentation, and AI-assisted development.
Recent work includes building and validating a read-only QuickBooks Desktop purchasing-audit application. The project includes hundreds of automated tests, controlled live validation, safe failure handling, structured reporting, and documentation designed for nontechnical operators.
I can help businesses with:
Python scripts and workflow automation
Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets processing
Internal business tools and lightweight applications
Software QA, regression testing, and bug reproduction
API and data integrations
GitHub repository organization and documentation
Data extraction, cleanup, and validation
Finishing, testing, or debugging AI-assisted software projects
My business background helps me understand the process behind the software rather than treating every project as purely a coding exercise. I focus on clear requirements, incremental delivery, testing, and reproducible results.
I use AI development tools where they improve speed, but I review and test the resulting work rather than blindly shipping generated code.
For larger engagements, I prefer to begin with a clearly defined first milestone so the client can verify quality and fit before expanding the scope.
Work Terms
Availability: Up to 10–20 hours per week, depending on project scope.
Communication: I prefer clear written requirements and regular progress updates. I will raise ambiguities or risks rather than silently making material assumptions.
Project structure: For larger projects, I prefer a small, clearly defined first milestone followed by additional milestones once the initial work is accepted.
Testing and delivery: Work is reviewed and tested before delivery. For debugging or QA projects, I document the issue, reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, and verification after fixes where applicable.
Source code and documentation: Deliverables can include source code, setup instructions, configuration examples, technical documentation, and handoff notes as agreed in the project scope.
Data handling: I follow careful practices for protecting sensitive client information and keeping private configuration details out of source control.
Payment: Guru SafePay and agreed milestones/hourly terms.
