CLEAR DATA | RELIABLE SUPPORT | REAL RESULTS
Hi, I’m Tomás Argüelles. I build order from chaos by combining careful data work, practical systems, and a people-first approach.
I started in content moderation at Majorel–Teleperformance (auditing short videos and comments and helping train AI), where I developed fast, consistent decision-making under pressure. I then moved into logistics roles—coordinating shipments at Joanis and supervising warehouse operations at Unitrade—where I focused on process improvements, staff coaching, and operational reporting. Parallel to that, I’ve developed skills on my own in Notion workspaces, Excel reports, and Power BI visuals to turn raw information into usable insights.
What I offer & value:
Accuracy first: I treat data as a foundation for decisions; small errors shouldn’t become big problems.
Practical systems: I prefer simple, repeatable workflows templates, SOPs, and clear checklists that scale.
Curiosity & learning: I pick up new tools fast (Notion, Power BI, Excel, basic SQL) and enjoy improving processes incrementally.
I communicate clearly and respectfully—whether with teammates or customers.
A short example: In a busy warehouse, repeated late shipments pointed to a layout problem. By moving high-use SKUs closer to packing and introducing a short peak-shift checklist, we reduced exceptions and boosted pick rates by 25% a low-cost change with measurable results.
I recharge at live concerts, tinker with Notion projects, and study languages (Portuguese completed; learning French). I’m bilingual (Spanish/English), reliable, and ready to adapt to new fields and tools.
If you need someone who keeps things accurate, organized, and moving forward, I’d love to help your team.

Short-term / immediate: This week I’m fully available. From the following week I’m available nights, and Tuesdays & Fridays full day.
