Communication & Collaboration
Primary communication is maintained through Guru for documentation integrity. Additional channels such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Slack can be used upon request. Progress updates and milestone reviews are provided at agreed intervals to validate direction and maintain design accuracy.
Delivery Methodology
Design delivery follows a structured workflow:

Revisions & Scope Management
Revisions included in the selected package are fulfilled as agreed. Additional revisions, feature expansions, or scope adjustments are evaluated and quoted separately to maintain project control and timeline discipline.
Payment Terms
All projects require milestone funding via Guru’s SafePay before work begins. Final deliverables are released once approvals are complete and all payments are cleared. Corporate clients may request phased milestones to align with procurement workflows.
Confidentiality & IP Protection
All project materials and business information are handled with strict confidentiality. NDAs can be signed upon request. Full design rights transfer to the client upon final payment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients should provide relevant brand assets, documentation, and timely feedback to ensure accuracy and avoid delays.
