Work Terms
Availability: I work with clients across time zones and am responsive during IST business hours, with flexibility to align on overlapping windows for international projects.
Communication: I prefer a quick kick-off call to align on goals, then regular check-ins over your channel of choice. I keep you updated proactively - no chasing required.
Project approach: I scope clearly upfront so we both know deliverables, timelines and milestones before work begins. For larger engagements, I work in agreed phases with check-ins at each stage.
Payment: Milestone-based for projects; weekly or monthly for ongoing retainers. Terms confirmed in writing before we start. I'm happy to begin with a smaller paid scope so we can test the working relationship before committing to anything larger.
Revisions: A reasonable round of revisions is built into every project scope, so you get work you're genuinely happy with.
