Full-Stack Web & AI Developer | React, Next.js, Node.js | SaaS MVPs & Dashboards

I'm Usman Akhtar, a full-stack and AI application engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan. I help startups and product teams build responsive web applications, SaaS platforms, admin dashboards, and practical AI features.

My work connects the interface users see with the APIs, databases, and deployment behind it. I work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, NestJS, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Prisma, and AWS. I also build OpenAI-powered features and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.

At Rulrr, I progressed from frontend engineering into full-stack development. My portfolio includes Rulrr 2.0 interface engineering, a full-stack AI content generation workflow, and Lawvera, a RAG-based SaaS final-year project.

Work Terms

Based in Pakistan (UTC+05:00), with meeting times and working overlap agreed for each project. I prefer written requirements and progress updates through Guru, with calls when useful. Scope, deliverables, milestones, budget, and any ongoing support will be agreed before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope will be discussed before implementation.
