I believe in building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by providing transparent and reliable work terms.

⏰ Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST). I also remain flexible for urgent requirements and international clients. All messages are responded to within 12–24 hours.

💰 Payment Terms
All projects are handled via Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both sides. For small projects, full payment upon completion is acceptable. For larger projects, I prefer milestone-based payments (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% upon final delivery). Work begins once the initial payment/milestone is secured.

📩 Communication Style
Clear communication is the foundation of successful collaboration. I prefer communication through Guru’s messaging system to keep everything documented, but I am also open to Zoom/Google Meet chats if needed. Regular progress updates will be shared as per agreed timelines.

🔄 Revisions & Deliverables
Each project includes reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Final deliverables are provided in high-quality formats (MP4, MOV, or others on request for videos; MP4, GIF, or AE/Project files for logo animations). Source files can be delivered if included in project terms.
