Work Terms

To ensure a smooth collaboration and transparent workflow, I follow these professional terms for all projects:

Project Scope & Requirements:

The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be finalized before the project begins.

Any additional features or changes requested after the initial agreement will be treated as scope changes and may affect the timeline and cost.

Timeline & Delivery:

Project timelines depend on the complexity and client’s prompt feedback.

I provide regular progress updates and aim to deliver on or before agreed deadlines.

Communication:

Clear and timely communication is essential for smooth delivery.

Clients are expected to provide all required content (text, images, branding materials) at the start of the project to avoid delays.

Revisions Policy:

I offer up to 2–3 free revision rounds within the defined scope.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed separately.

Payment Terms:

For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront payment to begin work, and the balance upon completion.

For hourly or milestone-based projects, payments will follow the agreed schedule.

All payments must be cleared before the final handover of files or live deployment.

Intellectual Property:

Final approved deliverables will become the client’s property after full payment.

I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Partial refunds may be provided for cancellations before significant work has been completed.

No refunds are offered after the delivery of final files or services rendered.

Post-Launch Support:

I provide 7–14 days of complimentary support for minor bug fixes after launch.

Long-term maintenance and updates are available as a separate service plan.
