1. Hours of Operation
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Extended Hours: Available by appointment or for urgent projects outside standard hours.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% required before project start.
Final Payment: Due upon project completion before final delivery.
Methods: Bank transfer or digital payment platforms.
Late Fees: 5% applied to invoices not paid within 14 days.
3. Communication Style
Primary: Digital Communication for formal updates.
Quick Queries: Instant messaging (Slack, WhatsApp) for quick questions.
Meetings: Scheduled via video conferencing (Zoom, Teams).
Response Time: Typically within 24 hours during business days.
4. Project Timeline
Initiation: Begins upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement.
