Data Entry Expert..Customer Service Representative...Billing Specialist.. Personal Assistant...All in one!

I had vast experience in Customer service and Marketing. I used to work for a call center company.
What I basically do at first was to assist customers with their concerns and provide troubleshooting if needed.
Later on, I was promoted as a Billing Specialist. I interpret billing statements and handle disputes if they arise.
Also, I had data entry responsibilities and I also served as a collections agent for the company.
With that I can say that even though my recent job was very challenging because it often involves Credit card charges
disputes, I did well because of my perseverance and patience. With all the roles entrusted in me, I fully understand
that I need to upkeep the values of the company I represent.

I supported my own studies when I was in High School and College as a freelance tutor. I have this passion to extend my
knowledge to other people by helping them understand challenging subjects. I worked as a freelance tutor for College
students teaching Basic and Advance accounting with business taxation. Also, I am trusted by private companies to do
bookkeeping for them whenever taxation season comes and help them organize their files and records.

I also have some experience in human resources and clerical jobs. I used to conduct interviews and
Assist employees in a manpower agency I
used to work with. I used to maintain their database by making sure time records are submitted and recorded on time;
I also make sure that the records of applicants and employees are up to date.

I also used to work on a publishing firm giving me field experience in Marketing and advertising. I used to scout for
possible clients that may be interested to place an ad for the agricultural magazine I was working with. That made
me very flexible, because I had the chance to talk to both upper and lower classes.
