Work Terms
As a freelance web designer and developer, I prioritize clear communication, transparency, and quality delivery in every project. Each project begins with a detailed discussion to fully understand your requirements, goals, and expectations. A clear scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before the project starts to ensure smooth execution.
A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project, while the remaining 50% is due upon completion before final files or deployment. For larger or ongoing projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged. All payments must be made on time to avoid delays in progress or delivery.
Communication will be maintained through guru.com. Regular updates will be provided to keep you informed on project progress. Timely feedback and approval from the client are essential to maintain the agreed timeline.
Project timelines will be clearly defined at the start. However, delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the delivery date. Clients are responsible for supplying all necessary content, including text, images, branding assets, and any required materials.
The project includes a limited number of revisions to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges. Any new features or changes requested outside the original scope will be treated as a separate task.
All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential. Upon full payment, full ownership rights of the completed project will be transferred to the client. However, I reserve the right to include the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Basic post-launch support will be provided for a limited period to fix bugs or minor issues. Ongoing maintenance and updates can be offered under a separate agreement.
Either party has the right to terminate the project with prior notice.
