We offer 24/7 support with flexible working hours, so we can accommodate clients across different time zones and urgent turnarounds when needed.
Payment structure depends on the project: for defined-scope projects, we work on a milestone-based model, payment tied to agreed deliverables at each stage. For ongoing work, we offer a monthly retainer.
For communication, we keep it light and responsive, Slack or WhatsApp for quick day-to-day updates, paired with a weekly status call and async updates in between so nothing gets lost between meetings.
