Work Terms
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Payment terms: A 50% upfront deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% balance due upon final approval before delivery of final source files.
Preferred communication style: Email is preferred for formal briefs and feedback to ensure a clear paper trail, while quick check-ins can be handled via messaging platforms.
