Work Terms

1. Working Hours:
Available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST). Flexible to adjust based on client time zones when required.

2. Communication:
Regular communication via email, Zoom, or preferred client platform. Daily or weekly progress updates will be shared to ensure transparency.

3. Deliverables & Deadlines:
All tasks are delivered on or before the agreed deadline. Urgent or priority requests can be accommodated with prior notice.

4. Revisions & Quality:
Client satisfaction is a top priority. Revisions are provided until the agreed project scope is met, maintaining accuracy and quality.

5. Payment Terms:
Payments are milestone-based or per project/hourly as agreed. Work begins once initial terms are confirmed.

6. Confidentiality:
All client data, leads, and business information are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for project purposes.

7. Tools & Access:
I use secure, client-approved tools for CRM, data entry, and communication. Access credentials (if required) remain private and protected.

8. Professional Ethics:
Honest communication, timely delivery, and respect for client goals form the foundation of my service approach.
