Hello guys/gals, I am a mostly customer service based freelancer based in Ontario, Canada who has joined Guru as of August 2021. I have great experience in email handling, data entry/administration, MS office, phone calls(cold calling, conflict resolution, customer support) and basic receptionist skills. I have worked as a guest service representative/customer service representative and receptionist totaling almost 6 years! For companies such as Sutherland Global Services, United Parcel Service, Amazon customer support, and Best Buy Canada. I have dreams of managing a data base engineering company in the near future.

Work Terms
