5. Payment Terms
Payment is made via Guru.com secure payment system.
I typically request a milestone-based payment structure: initial deposit, intermediate milestone(s), and final delivery.
Full payment is required for final delivery and source code transfer.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all project assets and code are transferred to the client. I retain the right to use general development techniques for other projects.

8. Support & Maintenance
