Work Terms

Availability & Communication
I am available 30+ hours per week and respond to messages within a few hours (GMT+3 time zone). I provide regular progress updates and am comfortable communicating through Guru's messaging system or scheduled calls in English or Arabic.
Payment Terms
All payments are handled securely through Guru SafePay. For fixed-price projects, I work on a milestone basis: the project is divided into clear deliverables, funds for each milestone are placed in SafePay before work begins, and payment is released when you approve the delivered work. For larger projects, a typical structure is 30–50% for the first milestone and the remainder split across the following milestones. Hourly work is billed through Guru's invoicing system on a weekly cycle. Wire/bank transfer is my preferred withdrawal method on Guru's side — nothing extra is required from you as a client.

Revisions & Support
Each milestone includes reasonable revisions to make sure the deliverable matches the agreed scope. After delivery, I provide a support period for bug fixes at no extra cost. Ongoing maintenance and new features can be arranged as a follow-up agreement.
