I build AI assistants that do things for a business, not just answer questions.
A typical assistant I deliver can check availability, take and cancel bookings, answer from a knowledge base you control, search a product catalogue, collect reviews, and hand the conversation to a person the moment it should. It follows the rules you set - tone of voice, working hours, what it must never say - and it stays inside them.
Channels: a widget on your website, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. One assistant, one set of rules, every channel consistent.
What you get: an admin panel where you edit the assistant's knowledge and behaviour without touching code, a view of every conversation, and reporting on what customers actually ask. Subscription plans, usage limits and invoicing are already built and can be brought into your project if you need them.
I have built and run this in production. botai.ge is a multi-tenant platform serving businesses today, covered by an automated test suite of roughly 4,000 tests. The hard parts are already solved: fallback to another model provider when one is down, per-plan limits, scheduled data deletion, and monitoring that reports a problem before your customers do.
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, Telegram Bot API, Meta Graph API.

My rate here is below what this work normally costs, because I am building a track record on this platform. You get the same work, I get the first reviews - that is the trade.
