• Customer-support email triage and auto-response drafting

• Document processing pipelines (invoices, contracts, receipts) 

• Slack bots that summarise channels and surface important threads 

• Conditional routing logic — different emails go to different places

My approach:

OAuth-based integrations (no scraping, no fragile workarounds), preview mode so you can test before going live, configurable run intervals, and a monitoring dashboard so you actually trust the automation.
