I am full time free-lancer with almost 8 years of experience in Kotlin/Android/iOS/Flutter/Xamarin/React Native/Node.js/Angular.js Development, other than this I do have expertise in .Net, JAVA, OpenText and LiveLink. I usually prefer to work in Agile way and usually do same work in Sprints as you mentioned, since i'm professional freelancer, I usually do work in following ways: Divide work in Sprints (which may be 1-2 weeks). After delivering Sprint, I try to fix issues which are coming in previous Sprint including work in current Sprint i deliver. I usually keep one day in a week for meeting, and describe in detail what is the current status of project, what are issues we are facing and what are things to do etc. I usually use Microsoft Project.
