AWS has developed a set of best practices they call the Well Architected Framework that help partners and customers discover issues and develop ways to improve their cloud infrastructure within 5 major categories, Security, Cost Optimzation, Performance Efficiency, Resiliency, and Operational Excellence. The Well Architected Framework whitepapers consist of hundreds of pages of valuable insight and experiential recommendations that require a highly certified architect to execute.
