I build the automations that carry work between the tools a business already runs, and I write custom code for the steps a no-code block cannot hold.
Recent work:
- A Make.com flow that turns Monday.com board items into Xero purchase orders and invoices, sends the finished PDF back to Monday, matches supplier invoices against bills and rolls up daily sales.
- An email-triage flow that reads a shared inbox, separates quotes, purchase orders and general enquiries, and routes each into Monday.
- An n8n engine that produces around 30 on-brand posts a week - photos, reels with AI voiceover, stories - with an approval dashboard before anything goes out, publishing to 7 platforms.
- A voice agent on Vapi and GoHighLevel that answers a hotline, qualifies the caller and books them into Google Calendar.
- Telegram and Discord bots, including one that turns a photo of a receipt into a structured expense row in a spreadsheet.
- Data collection where sites resist it: proxy rotation, anti-bot handling, results into Sheets or a webhook.
