I build automations and the software around them: workflows in Make.com and n8n, custom integrations over REST APIs and webhooks, bots, scrapers and dashboards.
Most of my work starts the same way - a business is moving data by hand between tools that were never meant to talk to each other. Recent examples: Monday.com board items turned into Xero purchase orders and invoices, with the finished PDF sent back to Monday; a shared inbox sorted into quotes, purchase orders and general enquiries and routed to the right board; an n8n engine producing around 30 on-brand posts a week to 7 platforms, with an approval step before anything goes out; a voice agent that answers a hotline, qualifies the caller and books them into Google Calendar.
Beyond automation I write the software the automation needs: Python, JavaScript and Node, scrapers that keep working when a site resists them (proxy rotation, anti-bot handling), Telegram and Discord bots, dashboards in Grafana and Qlik, and web work in React and Shopify Liquid. I have also shipped ESP32 firmware and a machine-learning forecasting model, so data-heavy and hardware-adjacent projects are not new ground.
How I work: I ask what the process looks like today before proposing anything. I deliver in stages you can check as they land, keep you posted without being chased, and hand over documentation so what I built can be maintained without me.
I work from Malaysia (UTC+8), in English and Russian.
Work Terms
Hours: I work from Malaysia (UTC+8), which overlaps with European mornings and US evenings. Most messages get an answer within a few hours on working days.
Communication: Guru messages to start, and whatever chat you already use once work begins. I send a short update whenever a piece lands, so you never have to ask where things stand.
Payment: fixed price for defined work, split into milestones on anything longer than a week - the first milestone is released on the first working piece, not on a promise. Hourly at $30/h for open-ended or exploratory work. All payments through Guru SafePay.
Scope: small adjustments while we build are part of the job. A new feature is a new milestone, quoted before I start it, so nothing appears on the invoice that you have not agreed to.
Handover: source code, configuration and a short document on how to run and maintain what was built. If it is a workflow in your account, it stays in your account.
