I am an experienced Business Growth and Sales Specialist, who has spent the last 16 years working with customers in sectors such as Digital and Software Development, Training and Apprenticeships, Finance and Accounting, Gaming, Not For Profit, Recruitment, Healthcare, Construction, Food and Drink, Retail and Engineering. I have a real passion for what I do and work with my customers to gain an in depth understanding of their needs. I support my customers with their Business Growth needs from Direct Sales and Business Development, to Marketing, Strategy, Copy and Script writing, Event Management and Customer Support. I have also worked with multiple companies in the last 9 years to successfully develop software platforms, helping them to establish MVP (Minimum Viable Product) requirements, liaising with designers and developers to help them bring a new product to market or launch internally, in a time and cost effective manner, as well as testing platforms to identify areas of improvement, with the aim of increasing engagement levels and conversion rates.
