Within the duration of 10 years in a BPO Setting, it made me realize that customer service had been playing an important role in any nature of business. Customer service should be possessed by every representatives with respect, good tone of voice and to let every customers experience a world class customer service experience. While helping the customer's queries, we need also ensure that their information remained safe and confidential within the companies database.
