I’m an experienced call center professional & home-based worker. My skills revolved in Customer Service, Technical Support, Virtual Assistant, Telemarketer and Social Media Marketing. Highly motivated in a fast-paced environment with eagerness to challenge and learn new skills. My 12 years of experience in the industry has made me successful in this career. Very proficient with multiple CRM software [Magento, ZOHO, Zendesk, Infusionsoft & Saleforce], social media platform [Facebook, Twitter and Instagram] & Applications [REI Blackbook, Wordpress, ClickFunnels, Trello, Google suite & voice, Canva, Slack & RingCentral]. For almost 7 years now I've been working home-base my role revolve in email processing & email marketing campaign, receiving inbound calls for product inquiry, chat support, basic installation, billing & accounting process, basic troubleshooting, and processing refund. I was also a manager managing 7 agents making sure that all procedures are being followed. I am good in time management, I’m willing to be trained, fast learner & hungry for an opportunity, motivated and very focused on my objectives to achieve department goals. I am also very familiar in general office management set-up for quite some time, well versed in multiple database software programs including Microsoft Office and Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Dropbox & Adobe Acrobat.
