I can offer customer support through various means provided by company of course, and a brief overview of what is expected and desired from a support represenative and what the company is about so I can get a better grasp on the goals set out for me.

In supporting the customer with help, I would guide them to activation of product, to general software guidance and usage if there is need be. If it is a web platform, I could guide customers through that as well by browsing the website in a sandbox form.

Technical support, it varies, I used to build my own desktops so I can diagnose most ailments when it comes to hardware and how to resolve issues within a PC to get things going for the end user once again. My motto is, If I don't know how I'll research it till I do and pass it along.
