From using different tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk. My skills allow me to consistently improving customer satisfaction through an expert resolution of conflicts, issues, and concerns. For me Customer Support is calming angry customer, repairing trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions commended for initiative and persuasiveness. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for the following Companies:- SahiTax Technologies LLP which is an Indian Start-up for cloud computing in taxation field. I was working as Support Associate for SahiGST Web Application. My primary job in SahiGST was to provide professional, friendly and honest support to SahiGST's users. My responsibilities include providing customer support to SahiGST's users, keep track of users comments and feedbacks and escalate them to appropriate department for future product development, providing an online demo to our new users and calling new customers who have placed an inquiry on SahiGST website. Sutherland Global Services Inc. which is an IT service management company. At SuttherLand I was working as a Consultant for their client company. I can't provide the name of the company as part of my NDA Agreement with SutherLand. I was working as Customer Service Representative, my responsibilities were to handle customer complaints and if necessary escalate them to the relevant department.
