I have been in this industry for almost 6years already. Ive worked as a Customer Service Representative at SPI Global, one of biggest BPO company in the Philippines. Ive also been an Executive Assistant of Eagle Web Assets, It is an affiliate company located in Chicago, where in I answer emails, calls and do some admin tasks on the side. I have also worked home based for so long now, and have handled a lot of campaigns and projects. such as, Real Estate, Mortgage Programs, Cash Advance, Insurance company, website sales, doing telemarketing, appointment settings, and B2B as well.
