I have worked with a customer service based company for eight years where I performed such duties as checking customer bills for proper coding, computation and description, creating and entering payment vouchers using the company’s system, basic reconciliation of suppliers accounts, answering queries from the company’s suppliers/contractors and creating direct deposits/payment for suppliers. I also provided administrative support in maintaining accurate records,handled inbound and outbound calls along with assisting in problem solving . I have also scratched the surface of a bit of project management. In addition to my experience, I consider myself as exhibiting strong qualities of discipline, good work ethic, confidentiality, honesty and the fostering of teamwork within the work environment.
