  Excellent work from Machhindra on this milestone and throughout the project so far. He has been responsive, professional and technically thorough. What has particularly impressed me is his approach when issues are identified: he doesn't simply patch the visible problem, he investigates the underlying cause, explains it clearly and puts appropriate safeguards in place to prevent it happening again. Communication has been excellent, scope and costs have been respected, and he has been very receptive to feedback while also contributing his own technical thinking to the wider product. DealDryver is an increasingly sophisticated project and I am very pleased with the progress and with Machhindra's contribution to it. Highly recommended.

  Excellent work from Machhindra on this milestone. He has been professional, responsive and technically thorough throughout. He delivered the agreed multi-AI Panel functionality, including blind independent responses, voting and reveal, comparison synthesis, evidence/provenance and audit functionality. We encountered an unexpected Google/Gemini billing issue during development, and Machhindra investigated it thoroughly, communicated the technical position clearly and successfully migrated the Google integration to Vertex AI without disrupting the OpenAI or Anthropic integrations or increasing the agreed cost. What I particularly value is that he thinks beyond simply making something work. He has built with the wider architecture in mind, explains his decisions clearly, responds positively to review and challenge, and has demonstrated a strong understanding of where the product is heading. M2 has been successfully completed and approved, and I am very happy to continue working with him on the next stages of DealDryver. Highly recommended.

  Excellent work from Machhindra and DigitalCubeDesigns on Milestone 1 of DealDryver. This is a technically demanding project and M1 required much more than simply producing an attractive interface. The priority was to establish a robust, secure and extensible architectural foundation on which the wider product can be built. Machhindra delivered a working M1 environment covering persistent DealSpace architecture, organisation/tenant isolation, configurable workflow stages, controlled evidence states, computed workflow status and a detailed audit trail. Communication throughout has been excellent. He has engaged constructively with both me and our Product/Project Manager, responded positively to architectural challenge, documented decisions carefully and demonstrated a strong understanding of the importance of building the underlying architecture correctly rather than taking shortcuts. Most importantly, the milestone was independently reviewed against our agreed acceptance criteria and approved in full. We are continuing together into the next milestones and I am very pleased with both the quality of the work and the working relationship. Highly recommended.
