I have experience of being a multitasking person. Being in BPO industry for 6 years and counting is quite challenging as a person. Because on my own experience, I learned a lot of being a Customer service in general. You have to be patience. Because If you're not in patients, you were not able to meet the client expectation. Aside from that, you have to be responsible on every task that we're given and can finish on the said date of deadline. Third, we have to have a time management for ourselves for us to deliver an effective output to our client.
