I used to work in an office-based for 2 years and I was working on various field. I can do both voice and non-voice. I love helping out people and giving them the best experience they could ever have. I always do emphathy before the resolution since feelings always last and the voice of the customers is the best way for the company to be known. Right now I am working as a part time transcriber but I am hoping to find a better long term project.
