What This Is Not
Service Expectations & Reliability
This service package is "managed responsibility," not server rental. I take a proactive approach to hosting reliability, including monitoring, backups, and regular maintenance. If an issue arises, I communicate clearly, investigate quickly, and work toward resolution with minimal disruption to your business operations.
Support Boundaries
This package covers hosting, deployment, monitoring, backups, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting for your application. Tasks outside this scope, such as new feature development, major redesigns, integrations beyond the original setup, or extensive debugging of client-provided code, are considered billable and can be quoted separately. This ensures your application runs smoothly while protecting you from open-ended work requests.
Renewal & Exit
Hosting is billed monthly with a minimum 3-month commitment. Clients may cancel after the initial period with 30 days’ notice.
