I am a U.S.-based consultant specializing in web and mobile app development, with a strong background in User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), and front-end development. I care deeply about how software looks and functions for the people who use it every day. I also bring solid back-end development experience, allowing me to design and build complete, end-to-end solutions, not just isolated components.
My technical expertise includes web development, mobile application development, database architecture, API integration, cloud services, e-commerce development, custom content management systems (CMS), and applied artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Whether a project involves a public-facing website or a data-driven application, I focus on building solutions that are stable, maintainable, and aligned with real business needs.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of organizations, including IBM, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Georgia Institute of Technology, Progress Software, and most recently, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These experiences have taught me the importance of clear communication, thoughtful planning, and delivering work that meets both technical and organizational standards.
My foundation in UI and UX strongly influences how I approach every project. I believe good software should be intuitive and easy to adopt. On the back end, I regularly work with databases, secure APIs, cloud-hosted environments, and system integrations, ensuring solutions are both functional and scalable.
I also offer graphic design and technical writing services, including documentation and system guides. These complementary skills help clients reduce friction, improve usability, and better maintain their systems over time.

I founded Hubbard Digital because I believe software is a core business discipline—just as important as accounting and legal services. That belief also shaped how I built the company: as a U.S.-based consultancy that meets the standards many organizations require, including NMSDC and Georgia SBSD certification.
Today’s organizations rely heavily on technology, whether they are traditional brick-and-mortar businesses or fully digital enterprises. My goal is to help clients make informed technical decisions and implement solutions that are practical, efficient, and forward-looking. I don’t believe in overengineering or chasing trends for their own sake. Instead, I focus on what will serve your business best, now and in the future.

Hubbard Digital offers FREE support to resolve all issues and/or bugs related to the work (as it was delivered to the Client), for thirty (30) days following the completion of the project.
