n8n Workflow Automation & Self-Hosted Migration

A major part of the system is built around n8n workflow automation.

The platform contains a Migration Lab that helps move workflows from n8n Cloud toward a self-hosted n8n installation.

The migration process includes:

n8n Cloud workflow export → JSON validation → workflow inspection → audit artifact → optional self-hosted n8n API push → operator review → credential configuration → activation.

Instead of blindly importing and enabling a workflow, the application validates important details first.

The migration interface can display:

  • workflow name
  • nodes
  • connections
  • trigger count
  • validation status
  • migration history
  • target n8n workflow ID
  • push status
  • audit information

The application can optionally connect to a real self-hosted n8n server using the n8n public API.

This provides experience relevant to:

  • n8n programmer
  • n8n developer
  • workflow automation developer
  • business automation developer
  • n8n API integration
  • n8n self-hosting
  • workflow migration
  • webhook automation
  • API workflow development
  • low-code automation
  • no-code automation
  • custom automation development

The application also includes n8n bridge workflows capable of using n8n as an upstream visual orchestration engine while the Flask application remains responsible for authentication, business rules, safety controls, database persistence and third-party API integrations.

The V1 demonstration currently showcases:

  • Flask application
  • PostgreSQL database
  • authentication
  • user roles
  • Demo Control Center
  • n8n migration tooling
  • self-hosted n8n API bridge
  • Facebook automation
  • Bluesky automation
  • Mastodon automation
  • generic social adapter
  • simultaneous scheduling
  • staggered scheduling
  • AI-assisted scheduling
  • OpenAI content adaptation
  • retries
  • cancellation
  • provider status finding
  • Apify Actor execution
  • prospect normalization
  • visible source emails
  • CSV evidence export
  • lead scoring
  • OpenAI research notes
  • Apollo contact synchronization
  • Apollo deduplication
  • Apollo sequence enrollment
  • controlled recipient allowlist
  • suppression management
  • daily limits
  • approval controls
  • dry-run/live controls
  • audit logging
  • health monitoring
