A recent project involved designing and delivering a 2-PCB wireless battery monitoring system for high-current lithium battery packs (400A+). The solution included a transmitter PCB for per-cell voltage and temperature sensing, and a receiver PCB with OLED display for real-time monitoring. Both boards were designed in Altium, integrated with ESP32 modules, and communicated wirelessly using ESP-NOW. The project covered schematic design, PCB layout, firmware development, BoM optimization, prototype manufacturing coordination, testing, and shipment for client validation.
