The Call evaluator will contribute to the quality of our marketing data by grading calls in our system on a number of Key Performance Indicators. The Call evaluator will listen to recordings of questions and answers between customers and office staff. These questions will help us provide a score for each call so that the staff people can improve their services and the way they interact with their customers. The Ideal candidate will be able to score calls quickly and efficiently with a great degree of accuracy and consistency. Most calls are in English, so we are looking for someone with good listening and written skills in that language. We would also be interested in hiring someone that can listen to Spanish calls and score them in English.
