Real Estate Admin Assistant * Experienced with Responsibilities — Lead Generation from FB, Linkedin, CCIM, etc. — Managing leads from FB ads and from the company website — Communicating with borrowers and vendors (Escrow, Title, Loan Servicer, Doc Prep) to ensure closing — Communicating and assisting investors and lenders — Pulling up Realist, Comparables, Plotting Geomaps, Skiptracing — All typing jobs - revising, organizing, converting, merging, splitting documents/Creating graphs, flows charts, etc. — Managing client's calendar and set up appointments — Respond to emails on my client's behalf — Setting up and developing Podio — Setting up email blasts and video presentations via MailChimp, Outlook, Animoto — Building up contact list (searching for potential lenders and getting contact info, company profile) — All kinds of research tasks, data mining/scraping, data entry — Filling out forms and completing docs, signing up/registering in behalf of the company CEO — Basic bookkeeping for the company’s rental property — Assisting new hires — Completing Online Training and Exams on my client's behalf — Posting ads on Craigslist — Sending invoices through PayPal — Doing online purchases and calling customer support
