Duties;


  • Explaining a product's value to potential customers.
  • Asking customers who have made a purchase if they can provide you with any leads or referrals.
  • Predicting future market trends and advising senior managers of your thoughts.
  • Passing on details of a potential customer to other departments in the company.
  • Providing superb after-sales service to customers.
  • Identifying what customers are buying.
  • Identifying who the best prospects are.
  • Conducting a SWOT analysis.
  • Upselling add-ons to customers.
  • Approaching walk-in customers.
  • Organizing sales budgets.
  • Answering clients who are concerned about the price.
  • Doing everything possible to get one step closer to closing a sale.
  • Reviewing customer interactions and then identifying things that you could have done better.



Day to Day Activities


  • Book/set appointments with business owners via our CRM for our closers.
  • Qualify outbound prospects and conduct the opening discussion for an uptime monitoring solution to small business owners and entrepreneurs while communicating our value proposition.
  • Prospect, work and qualify leads generated via cold calling.
  • Prioritize and organize your pipeline of leads for maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Record and update data in our CRM (Close.io).
  • Work with the business development team to improve lead-to-response time and appointment show rates.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all prospective clients.
