As your Exec or Virtual Assistant I would:

  • Answer emails  customers.
  • Make travel arrangements.

  • Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
  • Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies.
  • Prepare presentations according to instructions given.


As your  Sales Executive:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


As your  Recruiter:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Managing internship programs.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.


As your  Recruiting Manager:

  • Design new and improved recruiting strategies.

  • Control the recruiting team and draft a report on its performance.

  • Monitor recruiting metrics that is recruiting time and recruiting cost.

  • Examine utilizing various recruitment software and recommend the best option as per the needs of an organization.

  • Assist hiring managers on interviewing techniques. 

  • Suggest approaches for the improvement of our employer brand.

  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

  • Assemble the professional network of an organization through relationships with HR and other professionals.
