A brief Description of my work * Tertiary Education: Taught a course on Business Communication to graduate and post graduate students. Actively contributed in college administration activities including screening of MBA students, improving employability of graduates. Got selected for National Level Faculty Development Program on Alternate Teaching Techniques, conducted by Infosys * Corporate Trainings: Conducted Soft-Skills and Communication trainings for corporate employees across all levels. Covered over 100 employees in span of 6 months, got a perfect 5- star rating. Worked on alternate methods of teaching & learning that produced high quality results and developed competencies in employees. * Trained employees at different hierarchical function - Departmental heads, Mid - level Managers, fresher’s, trainees and interns. * Planned, designed and facilitated trainings using a wide variety of training aids & motivational strategies. *Developed tailor made modules to suit the clients needs.
