I was born in Managua, Nicaragua. I am bilingual (Spanish/English) I believe that paying attention to detail is key in all things I do but especially in translations. I consider myself a well organized and pragmatic person. I have excellent comprehensive writing/reading abilities in both languages as I have proved in a previous Customer Service job in which I provided support via email and live chat to customers worldwide. I make good use of tools and resources, I proofread and double/triple check to ensure coherence and that writing has no mistakes.
